This book revolves around a boy and his grandfather, who are unable to communicate. Their lack of common language leads to confusion and frustration, but also silence. They find something in common, a mutual love of art. Together, through drawing, they find a way to communicate and connect. The uncomfortable silence fades and is replaced with a meaningful relationship.
